This collection was inspired by loss and grief. The garments are flared to represent the different emotions experienced through the process of grieving. Black is used for the colour of mourning, contrasted with traditional African print representing cultural influence and expectations of grief.
This collection is dedicated to my late grandmother Marjorie Chesa.
