John has been an IT Trainer for over 30 years. John joined Whitecliffe as a Lab Assistant in 2023, after completing his Diploma in IT Technical Support. Before that, John spent nearly 20 years delivering various Microsoft family product IT Training Courses as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
John delivered many of the Microsoft Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Microsoft Applications, Network, and Security training for one of the most awarded Microsoft Leading Learning Partner training centers in the Asia Pacific Region, Auldhouse now branded Lumify. John was also responsible for the delivery of CompTIA training courses such as A+ and N+ along with the Certified Internet Web Designer courses. He is looking to add the Bachelor of Applied Information Technology to his skill set to accompany his ECC Cyber Security skills from 2023.
