Daisy is a Level 4 lecturer based on our Manukau campus. Daisy holds a unique perspective of the New Zealand fashion industry, her work combines traditional craftsmanship and influences from both Eastern and Western cultures. Daisy is also the owner of 'Daisy J', where the designs are unapologetically dynamic and bold.

Working sustainably and ethically is important to her, she has developed a zero-waste pattern cutting technique to reduce wastage. Adhering to design for longevity principles, these techniques combined with the use of high-quality natural fabrics, resulting in responsible, innovative, and timeless pieces that are made to be cherished and handed down from one generation to the next.
