Master of Fine Arts
A key principle of my practice is that new work is generated by older work. All my paintings are materially compatible with each other, so that at a later date they can be cut up and reconstituted into other works. This two-year investigation began with “Untitled (2023)”, which was itself a composite of other works I made during my BFA degree. After each presentation, this work will once again rejoin the material pool in my studio and form the material and conceptual basis of the work that follows.
