As the Dean of Academic Operations and a member of the Executive Team at Whitecliffe, I lead the strategic execution of academic programmes to achieve high standards of educational excellence and learner success. I work closely with faculty and staff to cultivate innovative learning environments that nurture creativity, critical thinking, and life-long learning skills. Before joining Whitecliffe, I held lecturing and leadership positions at Unitec and Laidlaw College. I am a qualified teacher and counsellor, maintaining a small private counselling practice. My PhD research concentrated on online suicide prevention.
