Join us for a full-day experience at Whitecliffe’s Fashion + Sustainability spaces, where Year 11–13 students will get creative through upcycling and design.
In this hands-on session, participants will create their own upcycled fashion tote bag or patch using recycled and scrap materials. Students will learn how to safely use a sewing machine while developing basic construction skills. This workshop encourages creativity and sustainable thinking through reusing materials in fun and practical ways.
You’ll explore sustainable fashion practices, discover the creative potential of upcycling, and gain practical skills in a supportive studio environment. Led by expert tutors and supported by current students, this session is all about having fun, experimenting with fabric, and thinking differently about fashion.
Whether you’re a future designer or just curious about creative pathways, this is your chance to experience what it’s like to study Fashion at Whitecliffe.
