This workshop invites students and staff to explore how diversity, respect, and leadership shape the future of inclusive communities.
This session will engage participants in meaningful dialogue on the social and cultural dynamics that influence leadership and community development. Through guided discussion, attendees will reflect on how values, identity, and coexistence can strengthen both personal growth and collective understanding.
Can a community truly be diverse without shared values — or does diversity itself create culture?
Is discrimination a learned behaviour or a natural instinct, and how does it shape the mind?
Do feelings of superiority and inferiority come from society, or do we create them ourselves?
Can co-existence and mutual respect survive when differences clash?
Do similarities in faith and culture unite us more than differences divide us?
How do cultural and religious differences shape the way people see and treat each other?
Why should schools and universities be places to discuss diversity, discrimination, and respect?
What kind of leader do you want to be for the world of tomorrow?
