Linley Bell-Galbraith

 As a Senior HR professional Linley has worked as part of senior leadership/executive teams developing and executing people and culture plans and is experienced with the effective management of core HR activities including facilitating performance management issues and reviews, discipline procedures, employment relations, ensuring managers work within organisational guidelines and policy, remuneration reviews, and negotiating individual and collective agreements. 

Linley has worked as a “change coach” in businesses driving effective change leadership and implementation, including project managing change initiatives with people implications.  As a registered Psychologist and trained psychometric testing facilitator and interpreter Linley has a strong interest in how psychological principles and these tools can be leveraged to develop planned, systematic approaches to improving organisational effectiveness that aligns strategy, people, and processes in order to achieve high performance and competitive advantage. 

A significant proportion of Linley’s career (14 years) has been spent working in HR within large law firms and other notable employers such as Fonterra.

Linley obtained a MSc and BSc (Honours) in Psychology and a M Ed (Counselling) from the University of Otago, New Zealand.  Subsequently, for personal interest, she has gone on to complete a Diploma of Visual Arts from Manukau Institute of Technology.

Linley is a member of the New Zealand Psychologists Board
