Illustrator Essential Short Course – Logo design
- Start Date: 5th October 2022
- Duration: 10 weeks. 1 class per week, 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
- Fees: $400
This Adobe Illustrator essential skills course is a must for those wanting to create and design professional and effective graphics from concept creation to print production. You will develop skills in vector graphic design that can be used to accomplish a broad array of design tasks, from intricate logos to eye-catching billboards. There will be a focus on branding identity and you will create an ordinal logo and brand guide.
Audience
- People wanting to create and design graphics from concept to print production and get familiar with Adobe Illustrator CC.
- People interested in designing their own logo and brand guide.
Prerequisites
- As this course is for beginners, no prior design knowledge is necessary.
- A basic knowledge of computer skills is an advantage.

This class is taught by Clayton Elliot who currently teaches at Whitecliffe. He has a diploma in teaching majoring in Art and Physical Ed from the University of Canterbury. He has taught in a range of educational institutions including Primary, Secondary School, and Polytechnics throughout New Zealand.
