Yolunda Hickman BFA

Yolunda Hickman completed her BFA at Whitecliffe College of Art and Design in 2009. She has already won the Mt Eden Young Artist supreme award and been a finalist in the Wallace Art Awards and Molly Morpeth Canaday Awards. She recently exhibited at Sculpture on the Shore and as part of an artist initiated exhibition “The habit of continuously running” on Auckland’s Karangahape Road. Alongside her art practice, she is currently working as a picture framer in Parnell and tutors at Whitecliffe part-time in the Year One core objective drawing and design programmes.
