Whitecliffe Graphic Design Graduate to Attend Typography Workshop in Italy

Leah Surynt has been selected to take part in Werkplaats Typografie Summer School 2015, held at ISIA Urbino in Italy in July 2015. The Greg Whitecliffe Memorial Charitable Trust is supporting Leah while she attends the two week course, by assisting with course fees. The Summer School 2015 is organised and supervised by Armand Mevis, Maureen Mooren, Leonardo Sonnoli and Barbara Visser. All four supervisors have an outstanding international reputation with their independent design and art practices. Leah is especially looking forward to learning from world class tutors that will encourage her to experiment and push her design practice alongside 29 other designers from all over the globe during this once in a lifetime opportunity.

Leah is currently an Intermediate Designer at Designworks in Auckland and graduated from Whitecliffe in 2013.
