Bootcamp for Year 2 Fine Arts students

Bootcamp is an orientation project for students beginning their studio major in Fine Arts. Working in small groups students take ownership of their new studio spaces through creating an installation utilising all aspects of the space – wall, floor, the three dimensional and durational space of the studio. Each group is provided with a kit of mundane objects as a start-point, and they have three days to complete their installation. The outcomes are a spectacular start to the year.

Right: Installation by Shanti Brown, Elizabeth Crosby, Tay Marriot, Anthony Mauinatu, Hannah Sames and Uelese Vavae.
