Alumni News | Awarded the Top Prize in the New Zealand Body Art Awards

Congratulations to Whitecliffe MAAM alumna, Kim Boyd, who was awarded the top prize in the New Zealand Body Art Awards Fluorescent Illusion category by Weta Workshop co-founder Sir Richard Taylor.

Boyd, the Manager of the Lake House Arts Centre in Takapuna, transformed her human canvas into something quite magical. Contestants from New Zealand, Australia, the United States and South America turned their models into moving works of art, to compete in five categories: hand painted, hand painted novice, UV, fantasy creatures and masquerade.
